Lego and Robotics Club Finally A Reality

The Lego and Robotics Club (Nichols' 5th Grade Leadership Team) finally received a mindstorm kit to prepare for possible competition next year. Many students involved in the project have been expressing interest in lego and robotics for over 2 years. Finally, the school assistant principal heard about their interests and made the project a reality.

No Bullying Team Creates Poster

The No Bullying Team lead by Alexis (Mrs. Harris's 5th Grade) has created one of two posters to put up throughout the school at the request of the Counselor's Office. Their second poster includes assistance from two 5th Grade artists (Diago and Cassiepea) and Jade, one of the students who participated in Adobe Photoshop Training this school year. The team hopes to complete the project before the school year ends and if not pass it on to fourth grade students that can submit the poster for EAST Conference next year.

Check back soon to see a video of the no bullying play!!!
